Editing Workflow

When it comes to Editing, I early realized that not all the "action" would happen in the main Edit's Timeline. There is so much more work to do before that.
I really enjoy the De-Rush and labeling part of the early stages. When possible I always insist on being at the shootings. I would sit at the Monitors, besides the Director or the Client and create a log. Not only keeping track of what it is being shot and its settings. But also adding some side notes.
This way the process of creating the Premiere project becomes way more easy. And easy means fast. And fast means... A happy producer!
